Returns:
Please return the item within 30 days of the order being placed. To protect the goods from damage during transit, please send the item in the original (or comparable) packaging. Please also make sure to include your order number and obtain a proof of postage.

Exemptions:
The following items are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
- Custom made personalised items
- Earrings for pierced ears (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds:
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment and the funds should appear on your bank statement within 3-5 working days. However, please note that sometimes it might take up to 28 days for your refund to be processed by your bank. 

We sell natural precious gemstones with certificates and guarantee the authenticity of semiprecious gemstones. Therefore, upon return, we reserve the right to verify the authenticity of the gems. If the authenticity is not confirmed, then the money will not be returned.
